2024年12月18日-20日，第二十屆上海國際鑄造展覽會\第二十屆上海國際鑄件產(chǎn)品展，我公司將攜帶樣品參加展出，屆時歡迎各位行業(yè)人士來我司展臺參觀、洽談。
大連達發(fā)鑄造有限公司 Dalian Dafa Foundry Co., Ltd.網(wǎng)站：http://www.dafacasting.cn 大連達發(fā)鑄造有限公司隸屬于中國船舶集團有限公司（CSSC）大連船用閥門有限公司(DMV)，是生產(chǎn)鑄件的專業(yè)廠。公司坐落在大連市普灣新區(qū)，占地面積20余萬平方米，建筑面積6萬余平方米，是大連船用閥門有限公司的鑄造生產(chǎn)基地，同時對外承接生產(chǎn)各種鑄件。公司鑄造工藝方法齊全，有砂型鑄造（粘土砂、水玻璃砂、呋喃樹脂砂、酚醛樹脂砂）、金屬型鑄造、離心鑄造、硅溶膠和水玻璃復(fù)合型熔模鑄造等，可以生產(chǎn)碳鋼、不銹鋼、合金鋼、灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵、銅合金、鋁合金、鋅合金、鈦合金等各種材質(zhì)的鑄件，單件重量可達15噸，年生產(chǎn)能力萬噸以上。2010年公司獲得中國鑄造協(xié)會綜合百強企業(yè)稱號；2011年公司被中國鑄造協(xié)會評為“中國鑄造行業(yè)千家重點骨干企業(yè)”。 公司于1996年通過了中國新時代認證中心GB/T19001-ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證，2009年又通過了英國勞氏(LR)質(zhì)量管理體系認證。從1984年起，陸續(xù)取得中國（CCS）、法國(BV)船級社的工廠認可，以及英國(LR)、挪威(DNV)、德國(GL)、美國(ABS)、意大利(RINA)、日本（NK）和韓國（KR）等船級社的碳鋼、不銹鋼、合金鋼、灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵、銅合金、犧牲陽極等鑄件的生產(chǎn)認可證書；2003年通過了美國石油協(xié)會認證（API）及歐共體（CE）認證；2009年取得歐盟承壓設(shè)備指令PED認證（鑄造材料），是國內(nèi)同行業(yè)取得船級社認證最齊全的鑄造公司。 公司技術(shù)力量雄厚，擁有研究員級高級工程師2人、高級工程師13人、初中級工程師9人、質(zhì)檢人員20人，并且擁有Anycasting(韓國)鑄造模擬分析軟件及�？怂箍等S掃描儀。生產(chǎn)、檢測設(shè)備齊全先進：主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備有10噸呋喃樹脂砂生產(chǎn)線1條、15噸堿酚醛樹脂砂生產(chǎn)線1條，0.5t燃油坩堝爐3臺、0.15～10t中頻感應(yīng)電爐13臺、10t電弧爐1臺、5tAOD爐1臺、0.15t和0.5t凝殼爐各1臺、鑄造離心機5臺、80噸和50噸液化氣熱處理爐各1臺、全套熔模鑄造設(shè)備（可生產(chǎn)單重120公斤以下的精鑄件）、鋁合金熱處理爐1臺、5臺電阻爐和大批機械加工機床等生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。檢測設(shè)備主要有德國SPEC直讀光譜儀、美國產(chǎn)手持合金分析儀、各種化學分析儀器、微機數(shù)顯萬能材料試驗機、沖擊試驗機（20～－196℃沖擊試驗）、日本產(chǎn)奧林巴斯金相分析儀、立式金相顯微鏡、便攜式現(xiàn)場金相檢查儀、超聲波探傷儀、日本電機株式會社3000A磁粉探傷機、各種硬度計（包括一臺里氏硬度計）、超聲波測厚儀、便攜式測溫計及其它常規(guī)檢測設(shè)備，能滿足各種鑄件的生產(chǎn)需求。大連船用閥門有限公司為中國機械工業(yè)500強企業(yè)，擁有包括德國、美國和日本產(chǎn)加工中心及數(shù)控機床等先進機械加工設(shè)備，為公司所產(chǎn)鑄件的機械加工提供了能力保證。 公司生產(chǎn)的用于船舶、海洋工程等閥門鑄件，暢銷國內(nèi)各大船廠，部分產(chǎn)品出口到美國、德國、荷蘭、挪威、新加坡、馬來西亞、日本及韓國等國家和地區(qū)。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、可靠，得到各國船級社的認可，更得到船廠、船東等廣大客戶的一致好評。近十年，公司逐漸擴大產(chǎn)能并調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，鑄件產(chǎn)品已覆蓋船舶、礦山機械、石油化工、機床設(shè)備、汽車、海洋工程和核電等各個領(lǐng)域，其優(yōu)良的品質(zhì)和周到的服務(wù)得到國內(nèi)外客戶的廣泛贊譽。 公司始終堅持“質(zhì)量為本、誠信為先、創(chuàng)新突破、追求無限”的質(zhì)量方針，本著互惠互利、共同發(fā)展的經(jīng)營理念，愿與四海賓朋竭誠合作，共創(chuàng)美好的明天！ Dalian Dafa Foundry Co., Ltd. is a specialized casting manufacturer of Dalian Marine Valve Co., Ltd. (DMV), which attached to China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited(CSSC) and also a professional casting manufacturer undertaking various other castings. Dafa Foundry is located in Dalian Puwan New District, with a total area of 200,000 m2 and construction area of 60,000 m2. Dafa possesses most of the casting process and method, such as sand mould casting(clay sand, water glass sand, furan resin sand, phenolic resin sand), permanent mold casting, centrifugal casting, investment casting(Silica Sol and water glass composite) etc., to produce carbon steel、stainless steel、alloy steel、grey iron、nodular iron、copper alloy、aluminum alloy、zinc alloy and titanium alloy etc. various material castings with maximum single casting weight up to 15 tons and total annual output of over ten thousand tons. China Foundry Association has listed Dafa Foundry on the Top One Hundred Enterprises during year 2010 and granted One Thousand Key Enterprises during year 2011. Dafa got GB/T19001-ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate issued by China New Time Certification Center (XQC) in 1996 and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate issued by Lloyd’s Register in 2009, Dafa has been approved by most of the classification societies ABS,BV,CCS,DNV-GL,KR,LR,NK,RINA starting from year 1984 with approved range of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, grey iron, nodular iron, copper alloy, and sacrifice anode etc., passed API and CE certification in 2003 and PED certification in 2009. Our company possess very strong technical expert, there are 2 senior engineers at the researcher level, 13 senior engineers, 9 junior and intermediate engineers, and 20 quality inspectors, and advanced technologies such as AnyCasting Casting Simulation Analysis System and Hexagon 3D scanner. Equipped with advanced production and inspection facilities, one 10tons Furan resin sand production line, one 15tons alkaline phenolic resin sand production line, three sets of 0.5ton oil heating crucible furnace, thirteen sets of 0.15～10tons middle frequency induction electrical furnace, one set of 10tons electric arc furnace，one set of 5tons AOD furnace, one 0.15t and one 0.5t skull furnace, 5 sets of centrifugal casting equipment, one 50tons and one 80tons liquefied gas heat treatment furnace, one complete set of investment casting production lines which can produce castings of maximum weight 120kg, alloy heat treatment furnace, 5 sets of electric resistance heating furnace and many machining facilities. Spectrometer analysis facilities imported from Germany, portable alloy element analysis unit from US, various chemical composition analysis equipment, digital controlled mechanical property test machine, impact test machine (-196℃ to 20 ℃). Olympus metallographic analysis instrument, Vertical and portable metallographic microscope, ultrasonic testing instrument, Japan Electric Corporation 3000A magnetic detection machine, various hardness tester including HL hardness tester, ultrasonic thickness gauge, portable temperature gauge etc. Among top 500 Enterprises in China Machinery Industry, Dalian Marine Valve Co., Ltd. possess many advanced machining machines such as processing center, Computer numerical control machines imported from Germany US and Japan, and this provided very strong quality assurance about the machining of our castings. Our valve products had been used on marine, oil, offshore and nuclear industry by various yard and customers both domestic and abroad: United States, Germany, Netherland, Norway, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Korea etc. Our products got very good feedback and recognition by the classification societies, shipyards, ship owners and other customers.
