Shandong Xinhao Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhucheng Development Zone, covers an area of 200,000 m2 with a total investment of 320 million. The existing staffs are more than 700 employees, including 45 engineers and technicians and 35 managers. Shandong Xinhao is a joint-stock enterprise and its production is applied for agricultural machinery, rail trains, construction machinery and engine components mainly. Our technology is quite mature in following productions, such as all kinds of agricultural machinery part, transmission box casting and finishing machining, Hitachi steering bracket, four/six engine cylinder/head and so on, and these product are volume shipment. The company built the FBO production line from Japan Sinto and one resin sand production line firstly, and we imported static pressure molding production lines with designed capacity 50000 ton/year from German HWS. Now we equipped 10 sets different kinds of medium furnace. We own the ordinary machining factory and precision processing plant. Thr precision processing plants mainly choose large horizontal machining center (Mazak) and the vertical machining center (Haas), and we continued to expand the finishing ability, now we own more than 40 sets of advanced processing equipments, and are equipped with three coordinates measuring instrument and so on. We organized a flexible manufacturing and assembly production line, and then we have fully complete sets of transmission box finishing assemble. People Foremost, Cleaner production, Lean production, High product quality are that we adhere to the business philosophy. To ensure the production of high quality and high efficiency, we choose the advanced and sophisticated production equipment and inspection instruments. Our physical and chemical testing center is able to complete the following inspections: mechanical properties, microscopic metallographic, low temperature impact, ultrasonic testing, magnetic yoke flaw detection, spectral analysis and various tasks testing of core sand. Our technical team has independent R & D ability of casting and machining, and the company has established a quality management system and passed TS16949, ISO 14001 and GB/T28001. All these can supply for product quality assurance, and provide a reliable guarantee for the quality improvement and new product development further. |
